Cameron Breeze...

Heloo beloo...

Last weekend, we went to strawberry park of Cameron Highland for a short trip..at first i got this mix feeling that we should just cancell our trip bcoz of the yellow warning and babe wasn't feeling too well. i'm glad we went after all...

from kl to tapah.. it tooks us about 1.5 hours...( slow and easy drive of course). Then from tapah all the way up to tanah rata... took us another 5 hours ( 2 pitt stop for toilet and bank). I can't say much about the jurney up since me and arrissa were feeling rather woozy because of the twirling and dwendling road.. we slep most of the time... pity babe.....

at last we've checked in at strawberry resort... not as pretty as i expected... no strawberry hanging from the balcony or the garden area... the room is huge though... even the toilet is huge with large bath tub.. where we spent most of our time..

the whether was beautiful.. at least to me... it was drizzling all day...winds were breezing and very little sun... it was really cold.. almost remind me of my days in manchester...i was forced to put on gloves for arrissa since her tiny little hands were almost blue...

it was a extremely relaxing weekend for us.... we went shopping for fantastically fresh and juicy fruits .. oranges, honey corns, sweet potatoes... hates the strawberry thought.. it was way too sour for my taste... the constant rains force us to throw away our jogging plans.. but still there are some crazy mat salleh still put on their jogging shoes though.. may be they are used to this kinda weather. well not us.... rains makes us wants hang on to the warm quilts and sleeps all days... food and the hotel services were lousy!!!!!

by monday morning... we're totally refreshed and ready to go home... after fruits, vegetables and flower shopping... we were more than ready to go home... our drives down to tapah was really something... you gotto enjoy the nice air, and beautiful view of the forest around you... water falls was almost everywhere on the right side of the road... only if the weather was not too cold... we would have jump right into the Lata Iskandar waterfall..

on the left side of the road... there are orang asli houses ... some time the houses were arranged from the top and strech downward towards the valley... beautiful...it makes you appreciate what you have back home.. with this folks they could just chopped down tree branches.. joint it.. wrapped it in bamboo...cover it up with leaves ...and viola...they gotto a home... they plant their vegetables.. and hunt their food... they climbed the the petai tree and sells it..... some of them got creatives and keep up with the city folk hobby, would sells exotic jungle plant like tanduk rusa, pontianak tree and some wired looking moss... too bad i didn't got the chance to buy it....

well enough mumbling... all in all it was really a great, cheap and simple trip for us.....

too bad tarak picture to publiish... tak download lagi...

cheerioo....
